No Doctor? No Insurance? No Problem.

Purchase your own lab orders without a doctor's visit or referral, with our discounted prices through Ulta Lab Tests.

These are affordable services for those who want to pay out of pocket. We don’t accept insurance for this offer. A doctor’s order is not required to order your test. Just order online (or by phone) and the results will be emailed directly to you.

  2. After purchasing your orders through Ulta Lab, call 678-949-7718 to schedule an appointment with MVPS and a certified phlebotomist will draw labs at your residence.

  3. Your lab result info will be emailed to you after processing, within 4-12 hrs after drop off.
