About Us
Joanie Hester started her phlebotomy career at a hospital in GA, where she learned and fell in love with not only phlebotomy but her patients. As she watched elderly and disabled patents, patients with sensory sensitivity struggle to get to the lab for routine blood draws and sometime must sit for hours waiting, it broke her heart. Knowing that mobile phlebotomy was rare, at the time, she decided that she could do more for her patients if she could go to them. She educated herself about the business even going as far as being hired by a mobile phlebotomy company so she could experience firsthand what all was entailed in this business.
MVPS was created with the foundation of the patient’s emotion, physical health and wellbeing as the heart of our company.

When we arrive at your home, office or facility, you can expect to be greeted by a friendly face and don’t worry your phlebotomist is not in any hurry, we are there for you! Our patients can also expect some friendly conversation while your phlebotomist is getting prepared for your blood draw. I know this is the hard part, but by this time we have come to know a little bit about our patient, and they know a little bit about their phlebotomist, and everyone is, for the most part, pretty comfortable. And just like that it's over and your labs have been collected and your new friend (your phlebotomist) will take the samples to the lab for processing and testing.

MVPS (Most Valuable Phlebotomy Services) is a mobile/concierge service that takes the inconvenience out of traveling to a lab to have blood drawn or other samples collected for medical testing by bringing the service to you. Unfortunately, insurance does not pay for a convenience such as mobile Phlebotomy. Patient or family member makes an appointment, and we will send an invoice to be paid before appointment date.
Your insurance will pay for your labs.
